The hardest part of this week’s America’s Best Dance Crew speed-up challenge was figuring out a creativeAmerica's Best Dance Crew ABDC Fanny Pak 80's Promtransition to blend together the two sections. By far the most creative transition was Fanny Pak’s. They performed to Mariah Carey’s Touch My Body where they went back to a 1980s prom. It starts off with everyone dancing in pairs except for the blonde girl who acted like a rocker anti-prom chick. In order to get the party started, she poisons the punch and suddenly the prom gets a little crazy. Who would have ever thought that an idea as ridiculous as drinking spiked punch would actually make a great transition? My favorite part was when the white boys started shaking their booty. It was unexpected and entertaining.

Street art is something that has always captured my interest for a whole host of reasons, the main being that itNike Just Do It Pee in India by sharad Haksar often brings to light injustice prevalent within society. Earlier this week, a new mashup videosong was released onto Youtube. This time it was a mix of Aphex Twin’s FlimBright Eyes\' Conor Oberstand Bright Eyes’ First Day of My Life. In case you were wondering, a videosong is a new type of medium comprised of two rules:

    1. What you see in the video is what you hear. There is no lip-syncing/dubbing for the instruments or vocals.
    2. If you hear it, at some point you see it. There are no hidden sounds.

This amazing videosong is performed by Jack Conte. In his performance, Flim is played at a much higher tempo than in the normal song. I think that most people would agree Jack Conte’s vocal rendition is much better than Connor Oberst’s in the original Bright Eyes song as well.
