Mixtape Mondays: M.I.A. & Diplo - Piracy Funds Terrorism Volume I

Originally released in late 2004, Piracy Funds Terrorism Vol. I can be considered old, in a way. But, with theM.I.A. and Diplo Piracy Funds Terrorism Mixtaperesurgance of M.I.A.’s popularity after both the release of her album Kala, in 2007, and the featuring of her hit single in the movie Pineapple Express, it seems only natural to post this classic of a mixtape. Featured on it are 21 tracks of M.I.A. (duh) collaborating with Philadelphia’s own DJ Diplo, or simply Diplo. My personal favorite track on this mixtape is number 7, entitled Amazon (Diplo Mix). It features M.I.A.’s Amazon _mixed with Ciara’s _Goodies. It’s pretty awesome. Listen to the first 8 tracks on Piracy Funds Terrorism Vol. I below, and then download the entire mixtape.
